Our method

We handle a wide variety of document formats, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML and PDF. Clients are encouraged to e-mail texts that they wish to have translated, but these may also be faxed. To ensure translation quality, a discussion with the client will ensue, focusing on target group and intended medium (e.g. press release, manual, website content, presentation). Any reference material available in the source or target language is also appreciated.

During the translation process, further discussions about terminology and style may take place. We'll create a list of terminology to be consulted and updated during future projects, guaranteeing consistency within and across translation projects. During the revision process, the consistency, accuracy, readability, target-group orientation, style and spelling of the text are checked.

Preparation and Follow-up

Naturally, we strive to provide our clients with translations of outstanding quality. Unfortunately, formatting errors (e.g. incorrect hyphenation) can unintentionally be introduced at the printer's during layout. Imagine the inconvenience that such inaccuracies could cause in a text on which so much time and effort have been spent. For this reason, we provide you with a unique service at no extra cost: checking the final proofs. You can thus rest assured that your translation also looks perfect in printed form.
